We have a weekly series on our social media accounts that highlight a term or concept we want our viewers to know more about. This is called “Wednesdays, ‘What is?’ with ECCA.” Mostly, these concepts correlate to ECCA’s mission/vision, programs and day-to-day actions. They can also connect to broader terms like aging, dementia, health/well-being and more. All of the information we share in these posts are backed by research from various organizations like National Institute of Health, World Health Organization, Alzheimer’s Association and more. Providing further research and resources to all of our participants is important to our mission. Below are the research details from each “Wednesday’s – ‘What is?'”
